Our date and ginger cake is a hand-finished fruit cake with chopped dates and crystallised ginger and decorated with whole dates and crystallised ginger. It is made with apple juice and contains no eggs or dairy, which makes it suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose-intolerance.
