Our gluten free apple and caramel fudge cake is a soft and moist sponge cake made with pieces of caramel fudge and apple, with natural apple flavouring. It is a perfect winter warmer cake or maybe a good alternative for a toffee apple should you want to rest your teeth this autumn. It is suitable for coeliacs.
