Seafood paella is a tasty combination of rice, shrimps and clams. Why not try adding fresh mussels and squid for an extra special touch to impress dinner guests.

Items to Add: 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 500ml vegetable stock, 100ml white wine, squeeze of  lemon juice, fresh parsley (for garnish).

Cooking Instructions: Serves 2. Empty contents into a pan along with the olive oil, vegetable stock and wine. Bring to the boil then simmer for approximately 18-20 minutes until the rice is cooked, stirring occasionally. Finally stir in the lemon juice and serve with freshly chopped parsley.
